Why don't I see my courses in Folio?

If you are missing your courses for the current semester in Folio, please try the following steps: ##For Instructors: 1. Verify that you are listed as the instructor for your courses in WINGS. If you are not, then the person who creates courses for your department in Banner should be able to help you resolve this issue. 2. Search for your courses in Folio in the “Select a course” menu in the upper left-hand side of the Folio homepage. Please note that searching for the CRN of your course often works better than searching for the course title. 3. If WINGS is correct and you still cannot find the course in Folio, please open a ticket. ##For students: 1. Verify that you are enrolled in the course in WINGS. If you are not, then you will need to re-enroll. Please note that if you are marked as not attending a course during the first week of classes, you will be removed from those courses in Folio. 2. Search for your courses in Folio in the “Select a course” menu in the upper left-hand side of the Folio homepage. Please note that searching for the CRN of your course often works better than searching for the course title. 3. Instructors control access to courses in Folio, so your course may not be active. If this is the case, you will need to contact the instructor to have the course activated. 4. If WINGS is correct, the course is active, and you still cannot find the course in Folio, please open a ticket.
