Upon successful completion of the Background Investigation, your My.GeorgiaSouthern account will be created within 3 days. After this period has passed, you can obtain your account information. To access your new account information, you will need to access the the “First Time User” link located underneath the Login area of https://my.georgiasouthern.edu. There you can obtain your username and initial password which gives you access to My.GeorgiaSouthern. Once logged into My.GeorgiaSouthern, you will have access to services such as Email.
First time user instructions will be conveyed to new Staff as part of the offer letter package. If a new staff member experiences an issue logging into My.GeorgiaSouthern, please contact your Divisional IT support representative by submitting a myTechHelp ticket or contacting My Tech Support Service Desk at 912-478-2287.
